Manage Your Reactors In A Meltdown Situation

You might think radioactivity coming from a meltdown at a power plant or mushroom clouds spreads and kills faster than a cloud of fear coming from your mind that has forgotten the power source.

Learning to contain and cool down your ego reactors with the healing and cool energy of love, safety, gratitude, Faith and Trust is crucial for a happy and productive journey on this planet. No matter what is going on outside of you, you are deciding between responding with love, Faith, Trust or reacting in fear. And if you choose a meltdown reaction, you can choose differently at the next moment or the one after that. You might be reactive and have a meltdown in some instances and not in others. It is how quickly you shift to love, gratitude, Faith and Trust, thus, empowerment that counts the most.

Fear is a ‘lack attack.’ You fear the lack of something to meet the situation at hand. Your ego’s imagination takes a trip onto the ‘far side’, conjuring up a worst-case scenario or maybe more than one. It plays out as a loud, unruly conversation in your head as if it has a life of its own.

Remember you are in control of what thoughts come into your mind. I know it seems as if the thoughts come from nowhere, that someone or something is putting thoughts into your mind like a marionette in a puppet show. Your thoughts, feelings, words and actions are forms of energy. What you think, feel, say and do in each moment comes back to you to create your reality. Energy moves in a circle, so what goes around comes around. You can at any moment interrupt and end the tsunami of thoughts in your mind, by simply injecting trust and faith and moving into the safety and sanity of the present moment, to notice and appreciate all the overwhelming evidence within and around you that all is well and that all will end well.

You can decide to do that at any moment – right there where you are – in a meeting, in the midst of a disharmonious conversation, or a crises brought by nature. You can perform a self-administered intervention, trading in your grievances for gratitude, starting by silently saying, ‘Thank you, for this opportunity to know that I can change my perception of this now.’ Give yourself thanks for the opportunity to practice releasing yourself from the fear. Allow your gratitude to spread to include various blessings in your life – health, relationships, peace of mind, the beauty of all that is. Finally, give thanks for the miraculous gift of life itself. You will find that you have reclaimed your joy and peace of mind.

You can share your experience with others – how you shifted a perceived adversity to a sense of calm and empowerment. Others will be uplifted by how you managed this opportunity to avoid going into a drama of doom and gloom. Furthermore, you will be uplifted as you share your experience of the powerful spirit you truly are. Spirit is the only reality and everything else is a temporary passing parade of illusion, with no power, but the power you give it.

You may routinely practice giving thanks when things go your way and withhold your gratitude when life is a challenge, disappointment or other assorted learning opportunities. When you use this lifetime for growth and mastery, the situations that stimulate your fears the most offer you the greatest blessings.

Healing cannot be effected when fear is held at bay in the cozy harbor of your comfort zones. The experiences in which your ego shouts, ‘No,’ can be the best catalyst for awakening – the Zen from a teacher’s loud voice that causes you to be present, release the ego fears and more deeply find and dwell in a peace that is unknown to the majority of people on this earth plain.

Many children play the game, ‘Hot Potato.’ Now you are playing it again, this time without the carbs. OK I will admit that is a lame pun. You are learning to drop the ‘Hot Potato’ thoughts more and more quickly, sometimes as quickly as they pop into your mind. If someone threw you a painfully hot potato and you caught it, you would instinctively drop it at once. It is your grievances, gripes and fearful thoughts that cause you mental and emotional pain, then, drop them as quickly as you would a hot potato. The other choice is to nurse, ruminate and angst about them, get agreement about them from others and huff and puff in radioactive clouds of righteousness, panic and drama. Everyone has been there done that more than once. Only you can stop that scenario in your life.

A nuclear-free world begins in your head, spreads to your heart, and then goes viral all over the world. When you are planted in your Faith, Trust and authentic power, no earthly power plant can hurt you.

Love, Divine Love, Faith and Trust is your authentic power, your only security and safety, your only true reality. It hurts like heck to contain fear tsunamis, so let go now. Let yourself spread the love – divine love throughout the world while you hold the Faith and Trust that all will end well.
