In the beginning of the body’s life, there is enough energy for the cells to regenerate at a rate faster than they are degenerating – this is called growth. When this life force energy is diminished your cells begin to degenerate (replicate) at a faster rate than your cells are regenerating – it is the aging process. While young children operate at nearly 100% efficiency in what scientists call “the healing response,” a 70 year-old or someone who is ill are operating at only 50 – 60% efficiency.
All living things live and die at the cellular level. The human body is designed for health; programmed to protect, repair, and replace the cells provided the body is nourished with adequate water, nutrition, vitamins, minerals coupled with emotional and spiritual sustenance.
