What To Do When All Else Failed

Knowing whether you need personal or professional intervention is unique, frustrating, misunderstood, guilt ridden, shameful, and the negative thoughts go on and on. It is easy to get caught up in these whirling thoughts and miss the real issue. All issues, good, bad or indifferent, are important. Think of it this way, if the issue can be solved by simply spending money, there is no real issue.
