The timing is perfect, and there is no perfect time to begin, except just begin. The process of reclaiming who you truly are will help you blow away those conscious and unconscious obstacles and negative thought patterns that I unknowingly adopted which created a spin cycle in your head.
The cliché, ‘You can’t teach an ‘old dog’ new tricks,’ is a myth that keeps people stuck. Anyone who desires to change their circumstances can. It takes a few steps – one step at a time. The good news is you can take many steps in one day, thus, accelerating the process.
I will let you in on a little-known secret. The secret is although, I was programmed to minimize risk and ‘keep you safe’ from failure… doesn’t mean I have to stay like that.
