What makes the difference in your heart and mind is how you handle these circumstances. You can go into denial, push them away or run from it, but, you can not get away from your emotions for long.

You have the capacity to be happy in an instant, like the flip of a switch or blink of your eye, a single thought can flip you into a moment of happiness. More often than not one can get caught up in the rigors of life and one tends to forget that happiness needs to be included. Seeing the irony of a situation can bring laughter, laughing at oneself or simply taking things less seriously. Happiness does not need to be scheduled, a steep climb or hard-won. Happiness does not need to be delayed until there is nothing pressing or of concern.

Have you ever wondered… “Why are we together?” “What is the hidden attraction?” “What is the reason we are in a relationship?” “Why do we irritate each other?” “Why can’t we just get along?” So many questions to ask and yet the answers seem illusive. Decision making is the key to everything in your life – from brushing your teeth to becoming a millionaire – have fun doing it, rather than perceiving it as a chore or scary proposition. Remember change is constant. Therefore, do not hesitate to change what needs to be changed as you move toward manifesting your goal(s). These steps are merely guidelines and need to be modified or changed to meet your unique style or circumstance. Also, remember to shift, change or modify your strategy as the winds of your industry, focus or circumstances shift or change.

Know-It-All: Survival Strategy

No doubt you have encountered the ‘know-it-all.’ A person, who projects that she/he ‘knows-it-all’ is usually afraid of listening because she/he is afraid of anything new and so they do not allow any new information to come their way. She/he seems to know everything about anything that is brought up and tends to dominate the conversation. They feel uncomfortable with questions regarding their premise and seldom acknowledge if they are incorrect on a topic or concept.
