Everyone has soul mates in all arrays of life. Soul mates are souls who have agreed to travel together throughout many life times. Those who are closest to you – family members, including, aunts, uncles, cousins – and close friends all agree to reincarnate together to support each other in their mission and purpose. Likewise, you agreed to be here for each one to support their mission and purpose.
Our natural state of being is filled with vibrancy, happiness and aliveness. Yet, there are times when you might feel worn out. This in no way means that you are lazy or unfit for the tasks in your life; it means you need to recharge your metaphysical batteries and find a way to keep them charged.
When you pray (ask) to have your desires, you are asking yourself to change your attitude; to change your course of action; to align with the Universe’s energy. You are asking yourself to open up to the truth of who you are, and then naturally the results will manifest as you desire.
Connecting first with your future illuminates what issues you need to heal in your past. You do not need to spend years re-hashing the same old history and wandering around wondering how your past is impacting you now. By looking at the ‘Future Self’ you can then see clearly what obstacles need to be resolved. Thus, you can go into your past with the love and power of your Future Self, to heal the past quickly, to transform it, so you can move ahead into your exciting future.
When your Future Self and you go back and find your “Inner Child” it immediately reveals to you events in your life that you aren’t aware of that are still ‘running you’ as an adult. You then learn to express, reframe and truly heal those events.
In Mind, Body, Spirit healing, the Facilitator assists the person to connect with the three major parts of themselves—mind, body (cellular), spirit, and to go back to the inner child, or “child of the inner light.” All things came from light, so internally we are all light, no matter what camouflage (depression, anxiety, panic attacks, anger, shame, guilt, sadness, eating disorders, substance abuse, etc.) we have adopted to keep our “inner child” safe. We ourselves often do not know any of this consciously, but when you learn it, and consciously give this “trilogy” our empowerment to act in our lives, amazing healing occurs. This is true spiritual healing.
