Your body has a powerful, innate instinct for self-healing. In your core is where all answers are known, all peace is found and all rest is assured.
Loving yourself in your present state is a powerful elixir for regaining your peace of mind, self-esteem and enthusiasm. When you are comfortable with, who you are, no matter what you accomplish, you will notice it is easier to allow yourself to rest and rejuvenate yourself as needed.
