Are You One Of The 8%?
Are You One Of The 8%?
Approximately 40% of Americans make New Year’s resolutions. For a fun comparison, about one-third of Americans watch the Super Bowl.
Self-improvement, or the desire for it, is a shared American obsession or hobby, yet only a fraction of people keep their resolutions. Research at the University of Scranton reveals that only 8% of people achieve their New Year’s goals.
What is your New Year’s resolution? The top New Year’s resolutions are:
- Reducing Weight
- Becoming organized
- Saving more, Spending less
- Enjoying Life to the Fullest
- Staying Fit and Health
- Learning Something Exciting
- Quitting Smoking
- Helping Others Achieve Their Dreams
- Falling in Love
- Spending More Time with Family
Since reducing weight is the most frequently made resolution—I will discuss the easiest plan to accomplish it.
Regaining health does not require hours of your time or emptying your bank account. Every day, unavoidable interactions with food, water, chemicals and environment can overburden the body with hundreds of toxins that lead to gastrointestinal distress, fatigue, headaches, weight gain, joint pain and other serious symptoms.
One of the easiest ways you can improve your health is a detox protocol. The history of detox methods goes back thousands of years to ancient Greece and China. You probably heard about many detoxing programs. However, with so many to choose from, choosing the right one can be a challenge. Having expert information will ensure you do the appropriate detox that is a custom fit for your needs and goals. It is important to periodically remove toxins and free radicals in your body because they also affect how your brain functions.
Some detox methods involve fasting, while others recommend a period of drinking juices only. Detox methods are frequently combined with special herbal supplements or teas, or other supplements designed to remove toxins from the body. Taking laxatives to clean the colon is another detox method. Consult a Naturopath before beginning any detox program.
When done with methods specific to your needs, a detox will restore energy, clear up mental fog, improve skin texture, and reduce tissue swelling, bloating, insomnia, fatigue, and lack of concentration.
In addition to detox a great way to reduce extra pounds is addressing the emotional aspect of over eating. Over eating is a reaction to fear, a need for protection. Running away from feelings, Insecurity, self-rejection. Seeking fulfillment. Engaging with a Metaphysician/Advanced Hypnosis practitioner is highly suggested.
Periodic detox coupled with a healthy food plan such as: Eight Right For Your Blood Type, Gluten Free and non-GMO (organic) you will discover that your health is easy to achieve and maintain.
Many people struggle to reduce their weight and many give up. You can be one of the ones, who reaches his/her goal. Blood tests can help rule out hormonal imbalances that physically prevent the excess weight to flush out. By balancing your hormones, you and your Naturopath can create an environment that supports your desired weight release. Most people are surprised how easy it is to release weight when they utilize the correct protocol for their needs and address the emotional component.
New beginnings and your New Year’s resolution are more than releasing weight, they are about becoming and staying healthy. For many people, more is needed to create good health than releasing the excess weight. Sometimes people are burdened with too many issues in which case they power through one day at a time…masking the symptoms with over-the-counter drugs and/or prescriptions with a long list of negative side effects, which create a worse situation.
If you are experiencing symptoms that are chronic or interrupting your life, you need to speak to a Naturopath and a Metaphysician to discover the emotional root cause of your symptoms. This is important for every symptom from Abdominal Pain to Zits and everything in between. Yes, I mean Allergies, Cancer, Diabetes, Fibromyalgia, Goiter, Lupus,…every symptom, diagnosis, illness, condition, symptom and disease.
