Have you wondered why some people seem to have a lot of creativity? Some believe we are born with such gifts and others believe it is learned. It is probably a combination of both—creative expression is enhanced with the ability to be fully aware of and present in the moment.
It does not matter how you manifest your creativity, but when you give into what resonates for you and you are conscious of what you are doing, you are intuitively tapping into the unlimited gift from the universal energy.
Since universal energy is infinite, it is there for anyone to tap into, it is something that fuels your need for expression and it energizes and recharges you, allowing you to use this energy to fill your spirit joyfully. Developing a creative spirit does not require extraordinary measures. Experiment with simple ideas that merely break routines, allowing yourself permission to drop preconceived ideas that one is born with creative talent.
“There is nothing in a caterpillar that tells you it’s going to be a butterfly.” Buckminster Fuller
Your desire to express your creativity could prompt you to do something artistic, which can give you a sense of accomplishment. Remember to make time for a hobby, engage in a physical activity such as sports, dancing or gardening. If you want to be artistically creative use your sense of imagination and originality to express yourself through drawing, painting, photography, etc. Whatever you choose keep in mind that your creative energy will flow if you let go of perfection. Instead simply relish the joy of the moment. You may notice that by being fully present your creative energy knows no bounds.
Letting your creative energy flow will make each moment a memory to be cherished.
