Grace – Foundation For Peace Of Mind

Living in grace is an inner attitude and decision. Living an enriched life is an attitude and decision to live life to the fullest. Grace flows through your life reminding you that there is magic and power beyond what your eyes see.

Grace is the foundation for peace of mind and harmony. Although, grace is omnipresent; you need to cultivate it based on your decision to do so. You might not be consciously aware of its subtle beauty, like during chance meetings, near misses, and insights that seem to come from nowhere, you are responsible for cultivating and implementing its greatest essence in your life.

You might notice that you consciously bring grace forth in all its powerful certainty when a relationship comes to an end or you are laid off from a job you love. Though you may forget that grace is at work, it is indeed influencing your life, helping you to move forward and take the next important step. Grace exists in all situations, in every moment, yet, you might overlook its presence.

Imagine what your life would be like if you live your entire day in grace, to fully appreciate your day unfolding in absolute peace. Whereas you might miss the magic of grace in ordinary events and interactions, make it a habit to recognize grace as little miracles.

Begin your day with a deep breath in the morning, becoming aware that there is an abundant supply of air for you to breathe. Your lungs know how to carry oxygen to your blood and your blood knows where to carry it in your entire body. This is grace at work. You appreciate the brilliant sunshine, the warm summer rain, or the possibilities of learning new things. You might notice the ease with which you do your work or laugh with family and friends. These moments are also grace at work. When you lay your head down at the end of the day in the stillness of the moment grace is at work.

With each moment you experience you give yourself the opportunity to enjoy grace’s benevolence, you can discover a deeper sense of peace. Your trust and faith in this process will allow your heart to remain open. When you reflect on the wonders of consciously manifesting grace you will realize struggle is ego based. By living in grace this moment, you open the door to many more moments of grace.

Pause now and set your intention to live this moment and the next and the next in grace.
