Gratitude – Best Attitude

Have you noticed that what you focus on, you sense it more, see it more or experience it more?

If you are hungry, you notice everything to eat, commercials, billboards or thoughts of your favorite foods waft in your mind. If you want to buy a new sports car or you recently bought it, you notice that sports car everywhere you look. Another example of this phenomenon is learning a new word, you notice that word in every book or article you read. What prompts this phenomenon?

The Universal Laws hold the truth that what one focuses on expands. The majority of people tend to focus on what is missing and what is wrong because one want to fill what is missing and/or fix what is wrong. Yet, this is the opposite of the flow of energy. When you focus on what is missing – what will you create?  More of the same – what is missing will continue to be missing. What needs fixing will continue to need fixing.

You need to focus on what is right and what is here in this moment. Right now, in your life, what can you be grateful for? What can you appreciate? Focus on appreciation and gratitude right this moment. As the moments pass you will notice that you are attracting more of the same. If you focus on doom and gloom, you will notice more doom and gloom. If you focus on the glass is half full you will notice more of the glass is half full.

Remember like attracts like. The Law of Attraction demonstrates how you create the things, events, and people, who come into your life. Your thoughts (focus), feelings, words and actions produce energy which, attracts like energies. Negative attracts negative and positive attracts positive.

Focus on the good in your life and that is what you will attract. What you focus on expands.
