To make matters worse, I’m not pretty at all, and I’ve tried everything for that too. My school and home life is awful, and I feel hopeless about my future. What do I do?
My sincere empathy for your distress. I understand your dilemma. Unfortunately, talk therapy and medication does not solve the cause of your distress. And it isn’t your fault.
Childhood trauma is the result of anything that compels a child to feel helpless, hopeless, or disrupts their sense of safety and security, including sexual, physical, or verbal abuse; domestic violence; an unstable or unsafe environment; separation from a parent; neglect; bullying; serious illness; or intrusive medical procedures.
CHILDHOOD TRAUMA IS PERHAPS THE MOST AVOIDED, IGNORED, BELITTLED, DENIED, RIDICULED, MOCKED, MISUNDERSTOOD, AND UNTREATED CAUSE OF HUMAN SUFFERING.
All symptoms and distress behavior are labeled by the psychiatric profession vis-a-vis the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) as a disease, disorder, or mental illness. These diagnoses were specifically designed to justify and warrant prescribing psychotropic drugs and maintaining a perpetual patient for the duration of his/her life.
Discovering and transforming and transmuting the cause of all Mental, Emotional and Physical symptoms and labels is the most efficient and effective protocol to regain your life.
Transformation Hypnosis is defined as the treatment of the whole person–Mental. Emotional, Physical, and Cellular instead of simply treating the symptoms of a specific illness or disease. Transformation Hypnosis Protocols and Nutraceuticals in the U.S. are usually considered non-traditional and include non-drug protocols as plant-based vitamins, supplements, and non-processed organic nutritional items.
All mental, emotional and physical symptoms, behavior, and diagnosis are more accurately a profound and necessary choice to survive the mental, emotional, physical, and/or sexual abuse one experienced during the maturation years or beyond.
Mental, Emotional and Physical Transformation and Transmuting is possible without psychotropic drugs, artificial hypnotic inductions, rituals, life-long coping strategies, and psychic interventions. I have assisted many people to heal the cause of their distress and stress.
The cause of people’s symptoms, distress, mental, emotional, and physical dysfunction is the result of mental, emotional, physical, and, or sexual trauma experiences that weren’t addressed then and are now coming to the surface as mental/emotional and, or physical symptoms.
When someone begins a holistic transformation/transmuting process, no matter how dire their predicament seems to be, I KNOW if she or he is WILLING to do the mental, emotional discovery work; releasing and transforming beliefs, thoughts and feelings, anything can be transformed transmuted. The word ‘incurable’ or ‘impossible’ only means that the particular condition, symptom, or diagnosis cannot be ‘cured’ by ‘outer’ methods and that she/he needs to GO WITHIN to effect the transformation and transmuting.
The condition, symptom, or diagnosis came from mental and emotional distress and will go back to nothing.
When beliefs, thoughts, feelings, and behavior are accessed and addressed at the unconscious, subconscious and cellular level, the ’cause’ of any and all symptoms and behavior become crystal clear–it is mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual trauma/distress manifesting in the behavior and symptoms you experience.
Now you know there is a way to heal. I trust this will give you encouragement to hang in there. I’d be glad to assist you as I have assisted many others your age, who have similar experiences. However, your parents would need to agree. I would be glad to answer your questions and give you information how to cope with your situation until you are 18 and can make your own decisions.
In the meantime, if you are comfortable talking to the school counselor to assist you to learn more effective coping skills to give you support you will feel better. If you have a trusted family member you could ask for support will make life a little easier. Stay Strong. Stay Focused. Stay Calm.
If you’re ever in crisis or experiencing thoughts of self-harm or suicide, please reach out to a trusted adult, family member, friend, or a helpline immediately.
Remember, healing is a journey, and it’s okay to take small steps at your own pace. Keep advocating for yourself and seeking support, and know that there is hope for better days ahead.
