Karma, also commonly known as ‘What goes around comes around,’ is at the point when free will meets the intersection of the Universal Law – Cause and Effect coupled with its companion – the Law of Balance.
Your beliefs, thoughts, feelings, words and behavior have a unique Cause and Effect. Cause and Effect coupled with Balance is when all pieces of the puzzle come together. Although, many people espouse a belief that nothing transpires by accident – including car crashes, the deepest meaning is lost more often then not in translation via-a-via denial, blaming, and/or judgment.
When one’s Karma is thoroughly understood there are many profound epiphanies that readily rise into the conscious mind as the pieces of an endeavor or interaction are manifesting. One readily recognizes when one is swimming downstream or battling upstream against the prevailing tide. Or through contemplation one recognizes before hand that a particular choice will create a negative experience, thus, one can avoid the experience of swimming upstream.
Discovering and understanding your Karma you incarnated to resolve – i.e. your archetypal karma (the patterns that repeat in familiar ways) and your current manifested Karma (how you draw in the experiences you need to experience to resolve the original source of the Karma) are the keys to unlocking your unique power and your soul’s purpose.
Your responsibility to yourself and your evolution is to discover how your unique archetypal patterns are triggered and unfold. Your relationships, career or business, as a reflection of you, is a powerful and empowering way to see the effects of your karma.
The shadow side of your professional life as a personal growth tool is highly effective because it is virtually impossible to tie a particular financial out come or ‘hard’ deliverable to the insights and milestones of your personal growth.
Many professionals/entrepreneurs make the mistake of focusing only on tactics, strategies and techniques that won’t work and fail to focus on creating sustainable results. The truth – and inevitably the paradox – is this:
Your career or business can grow only exponentially as quickly as you do. Stop and ponder this inextricably profound statement. Your career or business success has more to do with your presence through your personal growth and little to do with mechanics inherent in any career or business. Think of your career/business as an engine – without fuel, it won’t run. Having a highly efficient working engine isn’t enough to make your career/business successful…it needs effective and efficient energy. If there is anything clogging up the fuel lines, the engine will sputter and barely keep running.
The fuel for your career/business is your proactive conscious presence and growth. When you are proactively centered in your experience, you can create what is needed on every level and attract your ideal results. When you see and understand the effects of your karma, you can make new choices that will yield ideal results.
Unlocking your Karmic code through your career/business is about harnessing the power of you and your soul’s energy to create value here and now. You need to learn the signs of how you know karma is working through you.
