Do I need anything special to access a Past Life? If we are using Zoom or Skype, you will need to ensure that you can be completely undisturbed for the duration of the appointment (2 hours minimum). You need a comfortable place to support your head. For example, propped up slightly with pillows on the bed or sofa. Also, wear comfortable clothes so you can relax easily.
Will I remember the regression? Yes, you will remember everything as I guide you through the journey. Past Life Regression is not akin to stage hypnosis – you will remember details and what you verbalized. You will be aware throughout while deeply relaxed. You’ll be answering my questions as I guide you through the journey. All you’ll need to do is relax. Simply allow whatever comes into your mind to do so, and I will guide you as needed.
What will I encounter during the process? I generally take clients back to a previous life that is the cause of something that is problematic in this life. Whether you visit more than one life or spend more time focusing on one life will be decided by you as a natural outcome. Discovering what prompted the person to incarnate with family members is highly cathartic. Their soulmate family in a previous life and in a different incarnation is a reciprocal experience–they chose you and you chose them for specific soul growth. Others are drawn to certain places or countries that they immediately feel comfortable and familiar with. Each life explored is a journey and an adventure. Everyone has ‘Ahha!’ moments for many days afterward as pieces of their picture begin falling into place.
Will I receive a record of the regression? Yes. You can record it or I write down all your answers to my questions exactly as you say them. I then photograph those pages and email them to you within the same day or the next day. You will therefore have a full record of everything you recalled during your regression. Most people prefer a voice recording.
Do you guarantee I will go back in time? With a trained and certified Past Life Regression practitioner, it is rare that someone doesn’t go back in time. In fact, I have worked with many people who said they did not go into a past life with other past life regression practitioners. They had no difficulty with my relaxation instructions and processing the information that they accessed.
Sometimes when an individual has a firm belief that past lives don’t exist, or critique everything that they see or hear from their subconscious, then it can create a block that doesn’t allow their mind to let go and enjoy the experience. All you need is a good curiosity about the subject and a willingness to give yourself to it fully.

Can I choose what past life to remember? Your subconscious mind will make that decision for you. You will only remember various past life memories when you are ready to receive that information. We have all had many past lives, but it’s your subconscious mind that will choose which ones to visit first and subsequently.
Can you tell me who I was in a past life? No, definitely not. Only you have access to your subconscious. My job is to help you relax and open your subconscious so that you can remember, then guide you through the process. I will not put thoughts into your mind or ask leading questions. I will only ask you to expand on what you are already seeing, noticing, and/or hearing.
Do you take me to the time I passed away during a regression? Yes, with your consent. I take clients to the time of, and the time immediately after, their passing. They are not harmed or traumatized by this. Instead, it opens up a new understanding of self and certain behaviors you brought into this lifetime. You can also visit the time between lives, again only with their consent.
Is the process safe? Yes, safety is maintained throughout the process.
How long does a Past Life Regression session last? The regression itself generally lasts 1 hour and 45 minutes and this is followed by a discussion about your experience. I like to talk with you before and after the regression, so I ask for at least 2 hours. In essence, the length of the appointment will be determined by what unfolds. Every appointment is unique.
Is the appointment face-to-face, or can it be online? I offer Past Life Regression either face-to-face or online using Zoom. I will send you a link to access our meeting before the appointment time. Please note: you do not need to sign up for any subscription with Zoom to gain access to our online appointment (I take care of that part). If your appointment is on Zoom, you will need to ensure that all notifications are silent throughout the time. The last thing you’d want is a notification that an email has just arrived etc.
How much does an appointment cost? During the flu drama, I reduced my fee to $100 for 60 minutes. A $50 an hour savings. I reserve 3 hours for each appointment. However, you only pay for the time used. For example, a two hour appointment would be $200.00 You can pay by bank transfer (Zelle) or I will forward an invoice via PayPal which allows you to pay quickly and safely online using a credit card.
