Push Through Life’s Obstacles

Push Through Life’s Obstacles

Have you wondered how some people’s lives seemingly flow without struggles or worries? You might think you have the hardest tests, then, recite the well-worn cliché, “God doesn’t give us more than we can bear.” Thus, you choose the beleaguered martyr role. The truth of the matter is; God does not give us the tests we experience. We came here this time to accomplish emotional and spiritual growth. The path you choose to accomplish your emotional and spiritual growth is guided with the assistance of God, Angels, Guides and those who are in your soul group. When you allow yourself to be assisted rather than choosing the beleaguered martyr role, you will discover life becomes easier.Your life might seem to have giant obstacles in your path. It is while you are still functioning in your weakest power of understanding that things seem all up hill. When you push through the weakest power of understanding life’s travail becomes easier to navigate.

Life is a period of undoing old thinking. It is a period of opportunity for you to have some pop quizzes in your daily life. You have the opportunity to decide if you will be non-resistant or if you will revert to the gravitational pull of the patterns of your past, including past lives.

You might call this being tested. The wise do not fight the obstacles or lament being tested. Bless the obstacle or the test and keep moving toward that which you are seeking. With time and perseverance your course becomes more direct. You begin to recognize an obstacle before fighting it and you master how to maneuver the course called life.

American Buddhist teacher, Pema Chodron, calls this, ‘The Squeeze.” Whether one is going through the birth canal to achieve life, itself, or one is working on birthing emotional and soul growth or a goal, you need to stick to your convictions. Chodrom defines ‘The Squeeze” as “a point where we are not able to take it or leave it, where we are caught between a rock and a hard place, caught with both the up-lift of our ideas and the rawness of what’s transpiring in front of our eyes…” and, that she says, “is a very fruitful place.”

It is the rough spots that teach you the most. Keeping this in mind will assist you to feel less alone, because you are not the only one who feels ‘The Squeeze.’ There are many energy forces and changes pulsing through the Universe at every level. It goes without, saying, you are part of the growing process and the growing pains. ###
