To release your feelings picture yourself in your favorite place in nature – an open meadow, the beach, or the mountains. Imagine a cool healing breeze blowing your stresses away. Visualize yourself releasing any bottled-up feelings into the breeze. Then visualize a blue sky opening up before you. Look toward the sky and you can allow the feeling of freedom and well-being to penetrate into the recesses of your spirit.
By imaging your stress being blown away by the breeze, you create a sense of openness and well-being. When you picture yourself in nature, you create a safe place to release your feelings. Feel the weight of the stress lift. As the stress lifts, you will sense the openness and comfort in nature’s haven and realize that you can free yourself from the emotions that bind you. When you allow spirit to enter into you, and you open up to the healing energy of the universe, you are renewed.
Go ahead now – create the picture of yourself releasing any stress or emotional residue. Enjoy the sense of freedom and well-being you created.
