Thought Or Thinking: Manage The Difference

Having a thought and the act of thinking are two different phenomenon. When you are thinking a thought, you are giving life to that vibration. Thoughts will come and go, but your thinking is held with decisive intention.

Thoughts that are of cynicism, resentment or betrayal are optional. You have a choice and you have a right to say yes or no to these thoughts. What you thought has power over you has none without your permission. You create constantly through your thoughts you hold onto. Choose consciously what you are thinking about – your thoughts that you hold with decisive intention.

What you focus on – that which you hold with decisive intention – expands. What thinking are you focusing on? The Law of Attraction demonstrates how you create the things, events and people that come into your life. Your thinking, feelings, words and actions produce energies which, in turn, attract like energies. Negative thinking energy attracts negative energy and positive thinking energy attracts positive energy. Which do you wish to manifest? Then, focus on it.

Habitual thinking can be troublesome, and yet one is indoctrinated, conditioned and encouraged to have routines, fixed attitudes and opinions. As Einstein stated, “You can’t solve something in the same state of mind that created it.” This is the essence of the law of all creativity. It is the essence of the Law of Attraction (what you focus on).

Few of your perceptions (thoughts) are yours. You have been indoctrinated, conditioned and encouraged from an early age (and highly efficiently) to notice key things and only specific things. Your thinking sometimes becomes stuck like a needle on a vinyl record – playing the same thinking over and over, thus, your thinking is in a groove. Your world picture is what you expect it to be. This world picture is the life you allow yourself to live. It is the stage of the ‘consensus,’ and maybe even the world’s biggest conspiracy.

Nature had a hand in designing your life long ago, but its wisdom was buried under a lot of ‘human’ thought that makes the original patterns mostly unnoticeable. You have the potential to direct your perceptual processes all along the way, but then came ‘communication,’ and communication is little about objects and more about opinions. Every adjective is an opinion. All verbs are opinionated about the event they describe.

You can break out of this paradigm – yet few do. It is an example of ‘better the devil you know, than the devil you do not know.’ Because of your indoctrination, conditioning and encouragement to think and be a certain way, you might feel your mind is mutable, and you fear you will, ‘lose your mind,’ which is simply losing a perceptual pattern. You can not actually lose your mind. But, on the other hand you lost your mind long ago when you unknowingly accepted the indoctrination, conditioning and encouragement to think in a certain fashion.

Now you have everything to gain by choosing your own thoughts and choosing what you will think about (focus on), without the fear of losing something. You have everything to gain – your choice of thoughts and thinking. The universe holds infinite wisdom. What will you choose? Choose wisely.
