Vibrancy – Maintain or Raise It

Everything is the universe is energy, including humans and that energy moves in a circular fashion. The difference of one form of energy from another is the speed of its vibration. We know light has a very high frequency and a rock vibrates at a low frequency. Humans vibrate at different frequencies. The frequency at which humans vibrate draws in like energy ( ‘chemistry’) or repels unharmonious frequencies.

Your thoughts and feelings determine the frequency at which you vibrate, and your vibration goes out and attracts to you energy moving at a similar frequency. This is one of the many ways that you create your reality, which is the reason you can cause a positive shift in your life by raising your vibration.

You probably know someone who is considered vibrant, perky or high energy. Vibrant means, ‘vibrating rapidly.’ People who are labeled vibrant are vibrating at a high frequency, and they often inspire others to raise their vibration. On the other side the coin, you know people who are negative or cynical. They are vibrating at a lower frequency. They are a reminder to avoid slipping into negative or cynical attitudes.

To discover your vibrancy, reflect on where you are on the scale between the most pessimistic person you know and the most vibrant. This is not intended to pass judgment on yourself or others, it is an important exercise to assist you to know where you are as you begin working to maintain or raise your frequency. You can not change something until you know where you are or what you are doing.

There are many practices to maintain or raise your vibration. Using affirmations and visualizing yourself emanating the frequency you desire to maintain or create. Another practical way to maintain or raise your vibration is to consciously choose where you focus your attention. Focusing on what you desire creates more of the same. It goes without saying when you focus on what you don’t want you create more of the same.

To measure how powerful focus is, take five minutes to describe something you love unreservedly-person, place, experience, etc. At the end of five minutes, you will notice you feel more positive, excited and lighter. If you are a skeptic take five minutes to describe something you dislike unreservedly-person, place, experience, etc. At the end of five minutes, you will notice you feel more negative, irritated and heavy.

When you focus on maintaining or raising your vibration, you need to commit to spending five minutes each day focusing on all the good in your life. Some people might have difficulty finding the good in their life. However, if you look closely you will find several things. As you do this, you are training yourself to be more conscious and alive. Over time, you will experience a permanent shift in your thoughts, feelings and subsequently your vibrancy.
