What Are You Grateful For In Your Life?

What Are You Grateful For In Your Life?

Since 1933 in the U.S. on the fourth Thursday of November we are reminded to be grateful for the abundance we enjoy each and every day.

While having a formal day of gratitude is valuable; being grateful all the time for all people and things adds to the effectiveness of manifesting. This mantra will help you manifest good. “I breathe in love and breathe out gratefulness.”

Think what a different world we would live in if we spent ten minutes a day in meditation breathing in love and breathing out gratefulness. No matter how things are going in your life, you can be grateful for many things.

I am grateful for everything and everyone in my life. I salute the God in you. Remember that you are all powerful and have the answers to all your questions. You are the guru—you only need to go within to find the answer. Be grateful, be the love that you desire and shine your light on all that you see.

I am breathing in love and breathing out gratefulness to all who choose to receive. Much love and many blessings to you and your family this formal Thanksgiving day and every day all ways always. ###

Spread the love
