What is your ideal image of an aspect of your life? Now focus on your current experience. What are your current thoughts, feelings, choices, actions, behaviors? Are your current thoughts, feelings, choices, actions, behaviors congruent with your ideal image? If they are congruent you are on the way to creating your ideal image. If not, you need to make a shift.
You need to harmonize the two with discipline and sacrifice—make your life a direct reflection of the ideal image you hold.
