The elation that accompanies any achievement, learning something important, or a breakthrough sometimes prompts people to feel let down. During this transition period some people feel unsure and seemingly are in limbo not knowing where to turn next. Many people during the period between achievements wonder; ‘What is my purpose in life?’ This is common for the majority of people, who bring these thoughts and feelings to the surface.
You might have noticed that if you speak to someone in a noisy, crowded room, the best thing to do is move closer and whisper near their ear. Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis was known to speak very, very softly and people had to move closer to hear her. She had mastered the art of intimate conversation no matter where she was. Furthermore, whispering grabs people’s attention because they think it is something only a few will hear and each person wants to be one of the few.
