The positive effects of feeling gratitude can be measured in lower blood pressure, heart rate and cellular response. The body is an amazing biofeedback machine. When people live in a state of praise or gratitude – especially when it is spoken – the body takes it all in and responds accordingly.
Do you count each moment as an opportunity for a new beginning? If not, why not? There is nothing that forbids you to recognize each moment as a new beginning.
Humans limit their ability to create because of doubt or negative beliefs. When you believe something even though you can not see it or feel it, you will create it. You are creating everything in your life whether you believe, have doubt or negative beliefs. What are you creating? Are you creating what you desire or something else?
